Books In Print	Includes complete record of in-print and forthcoming books published or distributed in the U.S. available to the general public or trade for single or multiple copy purchases. The database contains over 1.2 million books of all kinds: adult, juvenile, popular, scholarly, and reprints. Books In Print (R) With Book Reviews contains 300,000 full-text book reviews that allow the user to evaluate the content of the most recent releases as well as that of backlist titles dating from 1985. Ulrich's Periodical Directory	This electronic version of Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory, provides information on print and electronic journals. Periodicals are browsable by subject, title and publisher. Simple and advanced search options allow searches by title, publisher and ISSN. Entries include live links to websites for individual journal titles as well as for publishers.	CSUDH Students Only
Cabells Publishing Directory	This Directory helps you select those journals that are most likely to publish your manuscript.	CSUDH Students Only
World Press Encyclopedia (via Gale Ebooks)	'This comprehensive survey of press and electronic media now covers nearly 200 countries. Arranged alphabetically by country, entries begin with an overview of the background, economic framework and general characteristics of each country's press. Entries then cover the number and type of media, press laws, censorship issues, state-press relations, news agencies, electronic news media, education and training in journalism and much more.' Google Scholar	This google tool (still in development) lets you search through scholarly articles by author, title, keyword, and date. You can also limit your search to several (admittedly broad) categories. If you go into 'scholar preferences' and set your school affiliation to CSUDH, you will also be provided with links to articles in our collection.	Anyone Can Use
Journal Citation Reports	Journal Citation Report provides easy access to data that helps you evaluate and compare scholarly journals and their impact factors. The JCR Web uses citation data drawn from over 8,400 journals and 3,000 publishers worldwide. The JCR Web includes virtually all specialties in the areas of science, technology, and the social sciences.	CSUDH Students Only
Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America: BookNet	The Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America (ABAA)site specializes in rare and antiquarian books, maps, and prints. It includes: -- locating and contacting ABAA booksekkers; access to early 200 Online bookseller catalogs; ABAA book fairs; and Online book information and research materials.	Anyone Can Use
