Vivian joined the CSUDH library team as a reference librarian in 2011. You can often find her behind the reference desk assisting the campus community with research or busy updating and posting to the CSUDH Library's social media pages (
).
Vivians interest in family research and the historical records she found on ancestors inspired her to go back to school to become a research librarian. Her home library not only includes genealogy resources but some of her favorite books including the most recent John Irving novel, Last Night in Twisted River, and The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova. Vivian is a certified instructor in Longevity Stick Art and looks forward to the day when she can lead sessions on the library patio.
