Information & Reference Desk

The Information & Reference Desk is available to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need. There are several ways to contact the librarians and staff on the desk, listed below. You can also e-mail your question.

Should I contact the Reference Desk or the Information Desk with my question?

If your question is about general library information, the library's computers and printers, or a basic question about our catalog or holdings, please contact the Information Desk. If you have an in-depth question about the library's catalog or holdings, or need research assistance or assistance with our online resources, please contact the Reference Desk. Note that the both desks are located in the same place, so in-person patrons can just walk right up.

When is the Desk Open?

The Information & Reference Desk is open whenever the library is open.

Please note that there may not be a staff member or librarian available to answer your call at all times. If you are unable to get through with your call, wait a few minutes and try again. If you still cannot get through, please leave a message on the voice mail system or e-mail your question instead, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
