Reference & Information Desk
The Reference & Information Desk is available to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need. There are several ways to contact the librarians and staff on the desk, listed below. You can also e-mail your question.
Should I contact the Reference Desk or the Information Desk with my question?
If your question is about general library information, or a basic question about our catalog or holdings, please contact the Information Desk. If you have an in-depth question about the library's catalog or holdings, or need research assistance or assistance with our online resources, please contact the Reference Desk.
When is the Desk Open?
The Reference & Information Desk is open on any weekday and weekend that the library is open. On weekdays, the desk opens at 8am and remains open until the library closes. On weekends, the reference desk hours are the same as the library's hours of operation.
Please note that there may not be a librarian available to answer your call throughout every possbile minute of the day. If nobody is answering the phone, please leave a message on the voice mail system or e-mail your question instead, and the librarian will get back to you as soon as possible.
