Frequently Asked Question #4
I lost the book I had. What do I do?
If you have lost an item that you have checked out from the library, you will unfortunately have to pay a fine. If you later find the item, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
The current replacement fee is $65 per item or the actual cost of the item, whichever is higher. The billing-processing fee is $20 and is non-refundable.
The fines for lost books are also listed on the circulation policies page.
